Yes. Splashing Paws offers in-home hospice and comfort care services when appropriate, allowing your pet to remain in a familiar, stress-free environment.
We also provide guidance and support for pet parents who need help creating a calm and comfortable space at home.
If your pet passes naturally while in our care, we will handle the situation with the utmost compassion and respect.
You will be notified immediately, and we will support you through next steps, including aftercare options and memorial services if desired. Your pet will always be treated with dignity and love.
No, Splashing Paws does not perform euthanasia. This must be done by a licensed veterinarian.
However, we can help coordinate with your veterinarian and provide emotional support before, during, and after the process.
Yes. We strongly believe in collaborative care.
With your permission, we can communicate with your veterinarian to ensure your pet’s care plan is followed and that everyone is aligned in supporting your pet’s comfort and well-being.
In many cases, services can begin within 24–48 hours, depending on availability.
We understand that timing can be urgent and emotional, and we do our best to accommodate same-day or next-day requests whenever possible
We primarily care for dogs and cats, but may be able to accommodate other pets on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us to discuss your pet’s specific needs.
