You understand and agree that:

• Grief is a natural and highly individual emotional response and may vary widely from person to person
• Emotional reactions may occur during, immediately after, or at a later time following services
• Splashing Paws, LLC does not provide medical, psychological, or mental health counseling services
• We do not guarantee any specific emotional outcome, sense of closure, or psychological response from participation in our services
• Participation in memorial or end-of-life services is voluntary and undertaken at your own emotional discretion

You agree that you are responsible for your own emotional well-being and may choose to pause or discontinue participation in services at any time.

By proceeding with booking or participation, you voluntarily assume all emotional risks associated with pet hospice care, passing, and memorial experiences.
